Next, ask your friend to have their AirPods or AirPods Pro inside the case and open the lid when they’re close to your iPhone. If your friend has AirPods Max, they needn’t put their AirPods inside the case. And, if it’s a Beats user, they need to put the headphones in sharing mode and close to iPhone.
You will now see your friend’s headphones on your screen.
Tap on the Share Audio option once again.
To stop sharing, all you have to do is, tap on the checkmark next to the headphones that you wish to disconnect.
What If I Want To Disconnect A Set Of AirPods Or Any Of The Compatible Headphones?
If you want to disconnect a set of AirPods to stop sharing content, you can tap on the checkmark next to the AirPods you want to disconnect. The same applies to any other pair of compatible headphones. You should be able to disconnect AirPods without any issues.

We get that – Not everyone has the same tolerance for volume. Maybe your friend doesn’t like the jarring sound of guns that you like. Needn’t fight or worse! Stop watching the content.
