Speaking on the Google Go apps which houses a host of functionalities like access to Assitant Go, Google Lens and from there you can access Maps, Weather and Youtube Go with just a click. Despite the lightweight nature, the Google Go app packs quite a lot of features one of which is a personalized news feed based on your interests, search history and preferences. Since it is made for developing regions, Google Go also performs well with a slow internet connection and it is optimized to save up to 40 percent on every search result.

In addition, there is also a bunch of other interesting features like voice search, GIF search, image search, read aloud for web pages or highlighted text and switching between languages. All of this addition to the features brings the file size from 5MB to 6.9MB which is still quite small. That said, Google Lens which was added to the mix with only 100KB according to Google allows you to interpret/translate writings you see by just pointing your camera at it. You can now download the app in Google Play Store where it has over 100M downloads already but you must have Android Lollipop or higher.
