How can I fix Civ 5 Runtime error?

1. Check your game mods

If you’re running the game with mods, the Runtime error can occur if you tried to load your saved game without the mods.

Since the required mods aren’t enabled, the game won’t be able to load and you’ll encounter this error. To fix it, be sure to enable all mods that you used before and try again.
